Zebra ZT111 label printers replace the ZT220

The new Zebra ZT111 replaces the ZT220 label printer in the entry-level industrial label printer category.

As you would expect from Zebra, the ZT111 features an easy setup and a variety of connectivity options. At 10 inch per second, it prints faster than the ZT220 and many of its competitors in this class. Ethernet and USB are standard on all ZT111 versions.

Starting around 600 Euro, the ZT111 is positioned to offer reliable label printing at a relatively low price. This will appeal to a variety of applications in healthcare, transportation and logistics, retail and manufacturing markets.

• Are my existing label designs for the ZT220 printers going to be compatible with the ZT111? Yes, ZT111 printers have been tested to ensure backwards compatibility with previous label formats and settings. For more information about labels, learn more here.
• When will I be able to order the new ZT111? All ZT111 models below will be available for order booking staring 27^th June 2022, but are not anticipated to start shipping until January 2023.
• If ZT111 is replacing ZT220, will the new model support 1,476 ft./450 m. thermal transfer ribbon? Yes, ZT111 thermal transfer models all support 450 meter thermal transfer ribbon. Direct thermal (no ribbon) versions are also available for all models.
